 76-WORD REVIEW

Brooks recounts a fictional zombie war from a constantly changing point of view, using a plethora of characters to supply the main components of the story. His post-war, documentary style proves a highly effective way of maintaining a fluidity that allows the over-arching story to be told without getting bogged down in lengthy exposition or mundane details. Although I don’t typically read zombie stuff, this book is surprisingly well done and entertaining. I’d read it again.
